Shea Butter protects your hair from UV rays and heat styling, so give it a whirl!!!

Body Butter with Shea & Mango Butters

Well we all have heard of shea butter. It’s been around so long, we can
label it ancient. Shea butter in its most purest form is dense, ivory
to mustard colored butter. It has two roles, one as a moisturizer
and emollient.

Is your scalp dry and itchy?

Take the shea butter and put it on your scalp and experience
it’s anti-inflammatory properties. Melt a small amount of shea butter in the
microwave or above a pot of boiling water. Melt only a portion of what you
want to use right away. Put a dab of melted oil on your finger and place it
on the scalp.

We all know how irritating it is for black hair to be so dry.

Shea butter can be described as a super dense emollient. Put shea butter
on to keep the moisture in. It’s best to spray your hair with water or a
moisturizing product with lots of water in it. Add a small amount of shea
butter into the palm of your hand and rub the hands together until it melts.
Coat the moistened hair with shea butter to keep the moisture in.

Shea butter offers HEAT Protection

IF you are using heat to style your hair, shea butter will come to the aid
and protect it. Shea butter instantly absorbs into the hair with the greasiness.
Leave the grease for the chicken, not the hair ya’ll! It acts as a shield for the
hair strand to protect against heat damage, allowing it to smoothly pass
the heat appliance over the hair.

Don’t you ever get fed up with the dang on sun? I mean what it does..

Shea butter provides protection from harmful ultra violet rays of the sun.
This fact is really really important for colored hair. It has a low sun protection
factor, but it is measurable.

Shea butter softens and lubricates hair. Put only a small amount of
shea butter to African hair to bring out its natural luster to the
bottom of the hair.

What more could you want? At least if this does not take care of all your
needs, it will take care of some of them. I mean it’s just not natural how
much work it is to take care of hair. But at least we know shea butter
is natural. The steps one must go through to achieve certain looks.
It should not be so hard or so long. Hair is hair. Why should it be
like climbing waterfalls and longest run around the world? It’s just not
set up right!

Anyways, life and hair can be just as hard to deal
with and just as long as you maintain it! Much peace!!
