Negative emotions, emotional imbalance and Constant bad thoughts are all connected!

9781572225176

Negative Emotions, emotional imbalance and unwanted thoughts
are all tied together in a bow. I mean how easy is it to live in
this world thinking positive all the time? I think we all have
negative thoughts, it’s just some people think more negative
thoughts than others. We all have negative emotions, but
those things in excess can do the most damage.

My point is this:
Negative emotions don’t allow us to see life situations naturally.
They mess up the normal thinking process. When a person
continuous collection of negative emotions for a long period of
time can damage our persona and hamper our health and happiness too.

Behavioral negativities such as fear, shame, guilt, arrogance, envy,
jealously, greed, phobia are symptoms of negative emotions. On
the other hand, over enthusiasm, passions, elations, and some
forms of love can cause negative emotions.

A cold, headache, late night or missed meal are all things that can alter
our behavior.

Rage, anger, arrogance, uncontrolled desire, and violence just
like self pity, melancholy, loneliness, boredom, are types of
negative emotions.

Negative emotions take up so much energy and can take your
thinking pattern into the wrong direction.

There is a persistent wrong way of thinking like always taking
and imagining negative, thinking bad for others like scandal,
gossiping, distrust, and doubting.

Emotionally imbalanced people have a blockage in the flow of energy
through the meridian system due to constant accumulation of
negative emotions. When the blockages are comforted and
released through purging negative emotions come into balance.

Emotionally balanced people have a pragmatic attitude towards
life, you won’t get upset about the past incident.

Negative feelings cause people to be emotionally imbalanced and
many people drink.

I mean life is not easy. It wouldn’t surprise me if life stressed some people
out so much they had negative emotions more often than normal.
I mean life is supposed to be exciting and not so plagued with
sin and problems all the time. But ofcourse, we can always go to
God with our problems and ask him for help.

What tips do you have to relax? I have to admit that the things that
happen in life can be the most annoying stressful and irritating things
to go through. If there were more positive people, there may be less
negative emotions.

Shea Butter protects your hair from UV rays and heat styling, so give it a whirl!!!

Body Butter with Shea & Mango Butters

Well we all have heard of shea butter. It’s been around so long, we can
label it ancient. Shea butter in its most purest form is dense, ivory
to mustard colored butter. It has two roles, one as a moisturizer
and emollient.

Is your scalp dry and itchy?

Take the shea butter and put it on your scalp and experience
it’s anti-inflammatory properties. Melt a small amount of shea butter in the
microwave or above a pot of boiling water. Melt only a portion of what you
want to use right away. Put a dab of melted oil on your finger and place it
on the scalp.

We all know how irritating it is for black hair to be so dry.

Shea butter can be described as a super dense emollient. Put shea butter
on to keep the moisture in. It’s best to spray your hair with water or a
moisturizing product with lots of water in it. Add a small amount of shea
butter into the palm of your hand and rub the hands together until it melts.
Coat the moistened hair with shea butter to keep the moisture in.

Shea butter offers HEAT Protection

IF you are using heat to style your hair, shea butter will come to the aid
and protect it. Shea butter instantly absorbs into the hair with the greasiness.
Leave the grease for the chicken, not the hair ya’ll! It acts as a shield for the
hair strand to protect against heat damage, allowing it to smoothly pass
the heat appliance over the hair.

Don’t you ever get fed up with the dang on sun? I mean what it does..

Shea butter provides protection from harmful ultra violet rays of the sun.
This fact is really really important for colored hair. It has a low sun protection
factor, but it is measurable.

Shea butter softens and lubricates hair. Put only a small amount of
shea butter to African hair to bring out its natural luster to the
bottom of the hair.

What more could you want? At least if this does not take care of all your
needs, it will take care of some of them. I mean it’s just not natural how
much work it is to take care of hair. But at least we know shea butter
is natural. The steps one must go through to achieve certain looks.
It should not be so hard or so long. Hair is hair. Why should it be
like climbing waterfalls and longest run around the world? It’s just not
set up right!

Anyways, life and hair can be just as hard to deal
with and just as long as you maintain it! Much peace!!

Bellydancing helps soothe your pregnancy and soothe that pre-menstral syndrome!!! Wanna try?

The Benefits of Bellydancing
hoola hoops in as stack

Belly dancing is a type of low impact excercise. Circular, rolling, angular and
vibrating movements are natural movements. And we can all guess what other
movements this can pertain to? Bellydancing reminds me of hoola-hooping
but with no hoola-hoop. Bellydancing is like something colorful, it definitely
gets the atttention.

The flowing movements of hip drops, rolls, pivots that occur in the belly dancing
use the muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, spine and neck. While belly
dancing, the joints and ligaments in your bottom lower back and hips are
taken through a degree of repetitive motions.

Movements in the bellydancing are similar to the childbirth process and teaches
mothers how to move their pelvises. Pregnant women also find that belly dancing
soothes the back pain and keeps their body more FLEXIBLE. Shimmies should
NOT be done during pregnancy, the figure 8’s and rolling circular movements
gets you ready for childbirth. At the same time folks, it helps to firm the
pelvic muscles for labor and post pregnancy recovery.

A woman can get her body faster after natural birth if the woman has been
belly dancing before and after giving birth. It is the stressing of muscle control
that gets your abdominal tone. Post birth incontinence (being unable to control
urine) is also something that should not be done due to strong pelvic floor
muscles.

The gentle repetitive movements of belly dancing helps to hold back the pains
of pre menstral syndrome and cramps during the times of women of childbearing
age by stimulating blood flow to the lower regions of the body. Hip rolling, figure
8’s and undulatons also help improve circulation in and soothe congestion in
the pelvic area.

The relaxation that belly dancing provides to its practitioners help them deal
with stress. Stress is a major factor that contributes to pre mentstral
syndrome. And you know what else? It’s a weight bearing exercise since a
dancer is on her feet, constantly moving all throughout.

Weight bearing exercises can help you avoid osteoporosis (known as a
calcium deficiency) and increase bone density. It takes off 300 calories
an hour depending on how fast can you move it.Will you bring it hard?
Belly dancing is good for those who want to lose weight. But let me
personally say BOXING, I will knock out the walls type of stuff burns
about 800 calories. Since bellydancing only takes off 300 calories,
I would only use bellydancing as a side thing. The typical
person will probably eat more than 300 calories. So I would do
boxing as usual and then bellydancing.

But again, about boxing, Join me and Billy Blanks! No I’m just kidding.
We both do it. We do it in separate states. I’m a fan of his taebo.
He does it on tv. I do it at home in my house. If you’re blessed enough
to be in his videos awesome, But that’s another
story.

Anyways,Bellydancing helps with deep breathing results, which therefore produces
better oxygenation of the blood, helps people eat and sleep better, and
slows down the aging process.

Physical therapists and doctors recommend it for that sad state of arthritis
specifically in wrists and shoulders.

Bellydancing helps you get the stressful thoughts off your mind.
Are you ready to get shake it? I mean I never tried belly dancing, but I
would have if it was a perfect world. But the world is not, never will be,
need so much fixing.

One of my goals is to do bellydancing, but I have to get it on dvd.
It’s easier that way. I’ll learn it, then I will show someone else.
I love to show people what I learned if it’s interesting. But with
those benefits, you can now add that to your brain files. Thanks
and good day!

Take some of the calories out of lasagna when most can equal to 800 calories total!

Cream Chicken Lasagna

I love lasagna. Sometimes, in some cases it can taste better than pizza.
Lasagna has 800 calories in it typically. Yet, if you substitute certain
foods for another you can lessen the calories. If you switch sausage
and ground beef for eggplant, zucchini, and mushrooms you will lower
the calories. And more than that, it will bring more fiber and nutrients
into your meal.

I now think of the body as a person with limited money. If you’re on
a budget you can only spend so much money. If you want to lose
weight or maintain it you can only get so many calories. The body
has its own budget unfortunately.

What brings on the most calories is the layers of cheese. I guess
think of each layer as multiple servings in one. Think about the
skinny pizza that’s basically flat. It’s more delicious when it has a
thicker crust. Well that’s just my opinion but some may even
like it that way. Ofcourse the thicker the food, the more calories
involved. Also, those layers of cheese are high in sodium and
we wonder how our blood pressure rises. Does anyone have
level blood pressure all the time?

Instead of the regular cheese, I suggest a low sodium ricotta
and strongly flavored Parmesan. Take a sprinkle of mozarella
to put on top.

Ingredients you can use:

9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound button mushrooms, sliced
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium eggplant, sliced
2 (28oz) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
16 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozarella cheese

Instructions:

– Prepare the lasagna noodles the way they stated. Cook it thoroughly, setting
aside paper towels to dry them.

-Saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil with a medium heat level. Put the
slice mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant and cook until it becomes tender.
Combine the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Season the spices. Let it
simmer for 5-10 minutes.

– Mix the ricotta and Parmesan cheeses in a tiny bowl.

-Make sure to coat the bottom of a 9 inch by 13 inch baking dish with a
half cup of sauce. Remove another half cup of the sauce and put it to
the side.

-Top the sauce in the baking dish with an equal layer of noodles,
cutting to fit the pan if need be. Next, spread half of the cheese
mixture over the lasagna noodles. Then layer with half of the remaining
sauce mixture. Repeat.

-Top the last layer of noodles with the remainding half cup of sauce.
Sprinke on this sauce with grated mozarella cheese.

-Cover with tin foil and set it on 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Take the tin foil for an extra 20 minutes until the cheese
turns brown.

Now you have a serving of lasagna worth 329 calories,
11 g fat, 5 g saturated fat, 45 grams carbohydrates, 10
grams of fiber, 21 grams of protein, 619 mg sodium, 400
mg calcium.

I always think like this, I want the extra food. I don’t want the extra
weight. I feel lighter than I used to and I change my eat regimen
so ofcourse I lost weight. I give myself more fruits and I give myself
one good meal that I can enjoy. I eat cheerios cause it makes me
fuller. With fruits I feel like I ate nothing….We all know fruits help
the inside of the body and outside….but it is nowhere near filling.
