Over 10 ways to prevent stds!

What ways do you think you can prevent stds?
There are multiple ways this can be done.
You just have to be careful. Some stds
have long lasting effects. If you wait
too late, you could end up with killer effects
of a std. So it’s pointless to walk around
having sex and not getting tested. ANd please
don’t think because you are wearing condoms
you can sleep around and let people ride you
like the bus. The on- to- the- next attitude
gets people in trouble. Sex is scary. Why?
Because you can mistake an itch or burn for
something else when it’s a std. Or you can
have an itch or burn unrelated to a std.

1. It’s best not to have sex with celebrities because most of them
have alot of partners and rappers and singers have been known to
have stds. And like the groupies will not leave them, neither will
the std.

2. Do not share straws, unwashed utensils, cups, food, towels,
toothbrushes, razors or anything that touched your mouth, butt,
vagina, or penis.

3. Do not touch other people’s blood. Keep your cuts covered
with a bandaid and gloves.

4. Limit the number of partners you have. Based upon herpes
forum, they say it feels like they are being stabbed in the
crotch and it hurts them to walk. Fortunate for me, I have
never got this. I just wanted to hear their stories about
herpes because people keep talking about it.

5. Do a search online for the places with the most stds. Avoid
the areas or move. I keep hearing Atlanta has alot of std
recipients.

6. If one does have herpes sores, do not touch it and then
touch your eyes or other parts of your body. You can become
re infected.

7. Boxers and wrestlers come in contact with herpes so it’s best
not to have sex with them.

8. Get tested before and after each sexual partner. IF you are
in a relationship, get tested every 3-4 months.

9. Don’t smoke behind another smoker. get your own cigarettes.

10. Do not share needles with others.

11. Do not let people with cold sores kiss you, especially on
the mouth whether it’s there in the moment or not.

12. Do not have one night stands. You might be unlucky.\
You don’t know if the person is promiscuous or not.

13. If you have one consistent sexual partner, you won’t
need to try another one.

14. Don’t have sex with a prostitute or stripper or porn star.

15. I think it’s dangerous to have sex with athletes too.
They got groupies and fans. They’re famous.

16. Do not have sex with bisexual men or women. They are
high risk.

17. Wash your hands often.

18. Wash before and after sex.

19. Do not ignore vaginal or penis odors.

20. Don’t get tested too early. If you do, the results won’t be accurate. Ask

your doctor how many weeks after exposure to sex that you should get tested.

21. Make a list of stds you want to be tested for – HIV, Gential Herpes, Oral herpes

Syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc. Doctors typically ignore herpes test. Ask for one

anyway.

22. Don’t have sex with someone’s brother, cousin or other family member because

nine times out of 10, they might have a std. Somebody in somebody’s family

has an std. I mean have you ever seen a family where nobody has a std?

23. Don’t trade sex for money. You might be turning your body into

a business. It makes you MOST likely to develop any and all diseases.

24. Don’t have sex with a man who has 39 kids by multiple women.

25. Check and analyze your partner’s privates, butt, mouth,

inside their mouth, nose, eyes, everywhere. That’s your baby.

Check him or her out.

I know men and women can both think that with every new
sexual partner that it is a new good feeling. Some people
treat sex like a masterpiece. Some men have a bouncy
penis. Some people have different responses to sex.
Some people moan during intercourse. Some people
hum during oral sex. It depends on the person. But
sex is too serious to be giving it out freely.
Be picky in who you give your body to. Like Paperboy
said in his Ditty lyrics, his life is more than
his erection. If more people thought like that,
there wouldn’t be diseases. The end.

The best place I’ve been to for eyeglasses (A review, plus my story about my glasses)!

eyeglasses photo: Gucci 1525 Eyeglasses - Ueyewear.com 1525pz51.jpg

I  have to wear eyeglasses. I’m just not certain as to why I don’t have 20/20 vision.

Well, I guess I have to ask around. I had one day did something to

my glasses to cause them to look slanted or to shift. I hate that

feeling. So I tried to improve them. I tried to bend them into

an even position. But guess what? That did not work. The eyeglasses

broke. I had them for 2 years until they crack like eggs. Eyeglasses

are just so so delicate. I tried taping them with duct tape.

I know, I know, it looks tacky. Right! So I had to inform other

people that my glasses are broke. Each half of my eyeglasses

kept shifting out of the duct tape. So I had to try another idea.

I tried reading glasses. They remind me of sunglasses

and through my eyes I can tell they are blurry. So I propped my

old prescription glasses on top of the reading glasses so they

hold up onto my face. That way I could see through the prescription

glasses and have a support for them. My prescription glasses fell

off the reading glasses. (my special platform) I lost the other

half of my prescription eyeglasses and it was so irritating.

I hated having double glasses on. I felt embarassed.

I had called some places and some of the places said it

would take a week to get my glasses. Some said it would

be 2 weeks to get my glasses. Finally, I found a place that

would take my Blue Cross Complete health insurance and the

insurance fully covered the pay for my eyeglasses. And guess

what? There was no co-pay. This place is in the Westland area.

so it’s not too far from my reach. So I got my eyeglasses the very next

day and much to my delight. I got a pair of  blue

dreamy eyeglasses there. They have friendly and inviting

customer service representatives. Here is their address:

Henry Ford Optim Eyes (Eye Care Center)

Address: 35184 Central City Pkwy, Westland, MI 48185

Sick of Dirty Money? Clean it this way, the right way!!

Pennies Pictures, Images and Photos

Don’t you just hate saying mildew money? Dirty pennies? Dirty money?
Money is naturally dirty, but hand washing will also lessen these germs.
I hate germs. I enjoy getting money. So let’s create an equilibrium…
let’s find our balance here. Since cleanliness and money are both very pleasant, let’s make money clean. Clean some coins.

Collect all the material:

-Tray and small bowls
-lemon or lemon juice
-Cotton swabs
-Dirty pennies
-Paper towels
-Sponge

Get yourself a tray. Put all your dirty pennies into one bowl. Squeeze a lemon slice
into a small cup or bowl, or pour in some lemon juice. It only takes a few drops.
Place cotton swabs into another small bowl or basket.

Dip one side of the cotton swab into the lemon juice. Rub at one side of the penny
until it is shiny, using more lemon juice and clean swabs if you need.

Do this process on the other side of the penny.

The pennies will end up being sticky after the process is done. Do a quick rinse
with water. Then dry them with a paper towel.

Your hands will get sticky as well. Wash them with soap and water thoroughly.

Get rid of the used cotton swabs. Clean up the tray and the work area with
a sponge filled with soap. Replenish supplies according to your needs.

So you as you pass your coins along you prevent the whole world
from seeing SOME of the dirty coins.

It’s good to help the enviornment anyway, so folks go ahead! Clean your money!

Avoid “Dry-hair Syndrome” by running from hair products with these ingredients!!

I always wondered why I have the driest hair. Now, I know why! I was using justany shampoo. Ofcourse, many times I see those shampoos and conditioners claiming they moisturize. Anyone can make claim, but I investigated my dry hair.

I learned that the quality shampoos don’t have certain ingredients

:

1. Isopropyl Alcohol: is an ingredient that dries and breaks Black Hair or
ethnic hair. This same ingredient is found in color rinses and anti-freeze.
Therefore, what possessed someone to put this in a shampoo or
conditioner? To me, it just don’t make sense. If a person wouldn’t
use anti-freeze in their hair, why use anything that has an
ingredient derived from anti-freeze. Make sense?

2. Mineral Oil/Petrolatum: They say it is used as a moisturizer in African American or Ethnic hair care products. On the other hand, people say it coats Black hair, blocking out moisture from getting into the hair. It comes from crude oil and acheap industrial grease component. Also, it prevents the release of toxins from Black hair and changes the skin respiration. Yet, I used a product called Sulu Max Gro, which is popular among black women for growing hair.If you check the ingredients, mineral oil is in that same hair growing product:
http://suluhair.com/ingredients.html

3. Polyethylene Glycol: is used as an emulsifier in products, and makes
oils and grease disintegrate.

4. Propylene Glycol: is found numerous times in make up, lotions, mouthwashes, deodorant and hair products. It is yet another ingredient in anti-freeze. Oh boy!It is known for taking its toll on protein and cellular structure of African American hair. Protein is essential to your hair’s survival. Even workers know the dangers of this ingredient. This is why thy use gloves and goggles when dealing with this substance.

5. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate: it is a cheap foaming and thickening agent that
strips African American hair of moisture and causes skin an scalp
irritation as well. Unfortunately, 95% of shampoos are composed of this
ingredient. TEA lauryl is in the same condition- not good for our hair!
If black people use shampoos with such harsh ingredients, it could
cause absorption of excessive nitrates.

6. Diethanolamine, Momoethnanolamine, and Triethanolamine:
Those are usually listed as an ingredient with a neutralizing compound.
An example would be Cocamide DEA or Lauramide DEA. Repeated
skin applications of DEA based detergents are the key to forming
cancer causing nitrates.

7. Coloring, Rinses, and Dyes: cause scalp irritations if they have FD&C Colors. For the ultimate hair growing experience, the scalp should be in a healthy condition.

8. Synthetic Fragances: Natural Fragrances is its better opposite. Choose
that type of fragrance that is composed of essential oils and seasonings.
Synthetic fragrances are the cause of dizziness, rashes, skin discoloration, violent coughing, and vomiting. Disturbing that people have no betterideas than to put this crap in the product they are trying to sell! Have they no shame?

9. Chemical Preservatives: are not good for the hair. Take parabens for
example, because they are used to keep products fresh longer. The
companies make a chunk of the profit. Don’t give into these selfish people!
They are risking our hair and health! The best thing is to just boycott
them! They have cancer causing elements such as formaldehyde or
formaldehydedonors. Based on the Mayo clinic, formaldehyde can
annoy the respiratory system, cause skin reactions ,and trigger
heart palpitations. Is this enough to make sure you are careful
what you put on your skin?

10. Beauty Supplies need reconstruction: I went into the beauty
supply recently and noticed so many products with hair drying
ingredients. I say, hold up, wait a minute! THankfully, I found
one all natural product in the beauty supply and that is
Wild Hair Growth Oil. If you see sulfates, chemicals, alcohols,
and silicones, know it dries the hair out. THat should be a
warning sign without spelling out the word warning.

In conclusion, the world would be better if everything was
all natural. At 23, I’m just now building this notion. If you
want your journey into all natural shampoos to begin,
take a look at Komaza hair care. Komaza means “Encourage Growth”
You can find them at komazahaircare.com. It’s a Christian African Americanowned hair care company. I found them by youtube, word
of mouth. They have $5.00 samples for shampoo and conditioner.
I just tried their productMay 31st, 2010. I tried their product because
it’s all natural. The smell is good. Their regular bottle is $15.00 and
some change.
